Resident Billing Price List
During the tenancy, it is the resident’s responsibility to take care of the apartment and report any damages. Upon moving out, the apartment must be clean and in good condition for the next resident.
If there are issues with the apartment’s condition and Salon Vuokratalot has to arrange cleaning or repairs on your behalf, we will invoice you according to this price list. Normal wear and tear will not be charged. The primary tenant is also responsible for any damages caused by family members, pets, guests, etc. We reserve the right to make changes.
KEYS AND LOCKS
If the original key is lost, the apartment’s locks will always be rekeyed or reprogrammed. The property manager orders the work, and it is carried out exclusively by Salon Vuokratalot’s lock partner.
- Mechanical lock rekeying: Approximately €200–€300 depending on actual cost
- Electronic lock rekeying and programming:
Separate invoice according to actual cost (iLoQ approx. €100 per missing key) - Leaving keys in the apartment/wrong place or returning them late: €50
SVT offers residents a housing benefit called AsumisPLUS Key Security, which covers the costs of key or lock replacement or door unlocking if the key is left inside, lost, or stolen. The resident must contact AIG’s claims service after receiving the invoice.
CLEANING
- Emptying the apartment / balcony / storage unit: billed according to actual cost
- Final move-out cleaning of apartment: approx. €200–€300 based on actual invoice
- Yard cleaning / clearing / restoration: separately invoiced
- Removal and disposal of items left in the apartment, related spaces, or building common areas: invoiced based on actual costs (incl. transport and waste fees)
REPAIRS
- Based on hourly repair rate and actual invoice
- Repair or replacement of fixed furnishings: separately invoiced
- Renovation costs due to smoking: billed according to actual cost
- Any repair costs not related to normal wear and tear will be charged based on the actual incurred costs
HVAC AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES
- Toilet seat: €500
- Sink: €300
- Light switch / power socket / ceiling box cover: €50
- Cleaning and adjustment of ventilation devices: €30 per unit
- Other HVAC/Electrical devices: according to actual cost
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
- Removal and capping of a dishwasher left in the apartment: €200
- Capping of dishwasher connections: €50
